Hello, principals and district leaders!
More comprehension support for every student.
No new hires required.
Lexsee gives every student a guided reading conversation grounded in the Science of Reading. And your teachers the insight to act on what they learn.
You get the data to show it’s working.
Why it works: the Science of Reading

Lexsee is built on the Scarborough Reading Rope — the research framework behind every state's literacy standards. Every student conversation is structured around Bloom's Taxonomy, moving students from recall to analysis before they set foot in class. The result is measurable comprehension growth you can track, report, and defend.
Lexsee in the classroom
Every teacher in your school gets a guided reading tool that works between classes — giving students the comprehension support they need and giving teachers the insight to lead better discussions. Teachers see progress, engagement, and discussion signals for every student, organized by assignment. No additional training required, and no change to what they're already teaching.

How schools get started
Lexsee's school pilot is designed to fit a principal's budget and timeline — no district procurement process, no per-student counting, no surprises.
What’s included:
Every teacher and student at your school, for a full academic year
Principal-level dashboard from day one
Dedicated onboarding and support
90-day Success Snapshot — a board-ready report on reading gains across your school
How it works
One flat fee of $2,500 for Year 1. Your pilot contract states the Year 2 rate upfront — $18 per student per year — so there are no surprises when renewal comes around. Most pilots fit within a principal's discretionary budget, with no district approval required.

The 90-day Success Snapshot
At 90 days, every school pilot produces a Success Snapshot — a structured outcome report designed to show what changed and why it matters.
What’s in it:
Reading level progression across every class using Lexsee
Comprehension and engagement trends by student and chapter
Discussion signal patterns — what students understood, where they struggled, and where they surprised you
Engagement and completion rates by assignment
The Snapshot is formatted for your board, your superintendent, or your next budget conversation. It tells the story of what happened in your classrooms in the first 90 days — in language that non-educators can understand and act on.

Questions?
Does this require district procurement approval?
Not for the pilot. The $2,500 Year 1 fee is designed to fit within a principal's discretionary budget — no purchase order or district approval process required.
How does the pilot work?
You sign a one-year agreement that covers every teacher and student at your school. Lexsee handles onboarding, your teachers are up and running within a week, and at 90 days you receive a Success Snapshot showing reading gains across your school.
What does Year 2 pricing look like?
Year 2 converts to $18 per student per year — and that rate is written into your pilot contract upfront, so there are no surprises at renewal.
Is there a student data privacy agreement?
Yes. Lexsee is fully FERPA compliant and provides a Data Privacy Agreement for every school. We never sell or share student data.
How does Lexsee work with our existing curriculum?
Lexsee works with any text your school is already teaching. Ready-made reading paths are available for the most commonly assigned titles — and for everything else, we work directly with your school to build paths for the texts you use. Copyright compliance is straightforward: Lexsee works within the licenses and purchases your school already has in place.
Does Lexsee integrate with our student information system?
Lexsee supports Clever for single sign-on and automatic rostering. Additional SIS integrations are available for district contracts — contact us to discuss your setup.
